Head to The Sheraton Cascais Resort majestic main entrance and find us through the lobby, via the path strolling passed the restaurant, you won't be able to miss us! 

Weather Policy

Our mission is to make sure you have an epic movie experience under the stars✨

We provide blankets but we strongly recommend that our guests dress in layers to stay cosy as on summer nights it can get a bit cold at night.

However, if the weather becomes too challenging and affects the overall experience, we may have to cancel the screening.

As the forecast in Portugal is a bit particular and sometimes tells us that is going to rain when we have a blue sky, we need to wait close to the date to be able to say if we need to cancel the screen.

If the screening is cancelled, don't worry! We'll reach out to you as soon as possible via email and ask if you would like to transfer your tickets to another screening or get a refund.

Rain or shine we are on a big mission for you!

Terms/Refund Tickets Policy

We want to emphasise that ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once you've secured your tickets, they cannot be returned.

But hey, we understand that plans can change. If you can't make it to your event or any other and want to spread the joy, simply shoot an email with the tickets to a lucky friend. No need to stress about modifying the name on the ticket. They can use it and have a fantastic time on your behalf.

In case you would like to switch to another movie this must be at least 48 hours in advance to request the change, please make sure to email us at.

And remember, if you ever need a helping hand, don't hesitate to reach out. Our incredible team is here to assist you and ensure everything goes smoothly.

Política Meteorológica

A nossa missão é garantir que tenhas uma experiência de cinema épica sob as estrelas✨

Fornecemos mantinhas, mais recomendamos que os nossos convidados se vistam em camadas para se manterem confortáveis, independentemente do tempo que fizer. No entanto, se as condições meteorológicas se tornarem demasiado desafiantes e afetarem a experiência global, poderemos ter de cancelar a sessão.

Dado que a previsão do tempo em Portugal é um pouco peculiar e por vezes indica chuva quando temos um céu azul, temos de esperar próximo da data para decidir se necessitamos de cancelar o filme.

Se uma sessão for cancelada, não te preocupes! Entraremos em contacto contigo o mais brevemente possível por email e perguntaremos se desejas transferir os teus bilhetes para outra sessão ou obter um reembolso.

Chova ou faça sol, estamos empenhados em proporcionar-te uma experiência inesquecível.

Gostaríamos de enfatizar que a compra de bilhetes é não reembolsável. Assim que garantir os seus bilhetes, eles não podem ser devolvidos.

Mas ei, entendemos que os planos podem mudar. Se você não puder comparecer ao seu evento ou qualquer outro e quiser compartilhar a alegria, basta enviar um e-mail com os bilhetes para um amigo sortudo. Não se preocupe em modificar o nome no bilhete. Eles podem usá-lo e se divertir muito em seu lugar.

Caso deseje trocar para outro filme, isso deve ser feito com pelo menos 48 horas de antecedência para solicitar a alteração.
