Head to The Sheraton Cascais Resort majestic main entrance and find us through the lobby, via the path strolling passed the restaurant, you won't be able to miss us!

🚨 Weather Policy

Our mission is to make sure you have an epic movie experience ✨

We provide blankets but we strongly recommend that our guests dress in layers to stay toasty as winter nights in that enchanted garden can get cold. So please to make your experience as cosy as possible, bring your warmest coats, scarfs or sleeping bags, get creative and keep warm ⛄

However, if the weather becomes too challenging and affects the overall experience, we may have to cancel the screening. If the screening is cancelled, don't worry! We'll give you a refund of your tickets.

Rain or shine we are on a big mission for you!

🔴 Terms/Refund Tickets Policy

We want to emphasise that ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once you've secured your tickets, they cannot be refunded. But hey, we understand that plans can change. If you can't make it to your event or any other and want to spread the joy, simply shoot an email with the tickets to a lucky friend. No need to stress about modifying the name on the ticket. They can use it and have a fantastic time on your behalf.

If you wish to change to another movie, please do so with a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the scheduled screening. Make sure to send us an email at ola@cinesociety.pt to formalize the request. Please note that the period for movie exchanges is only available until December 21. Therefore, all exchanges must take place between these dates; otherwise, no changes can be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Portanto, para tornar a sua experiência o mais aconchegante possível, traga os seus casacos mais quentes, cachecóis ou sacos de dormir, seja criativo e mantenha-se aquecido⛄

No entanto, se o clima se tornar demasiado desafiador e afetar a experiência geral, poderemos ter de cancelar a exibição. Se a exibição for cancelada, não se preocupe! Reembolsaremos os seus bilhetes.

Queremos salientar que a compra de bilhetes não é reembolsável. Depois de garantir os seus bilhetes, eles não podem ser reembolsados. Mas ei, entendemos que os planos podem mudar. Se não puder comparecer ao seu evento ou a qualquer outro e quiser espalhar a alegria, basta enviar um e-mail com os bilhetes para um amigo sortudo. Não se preocupe em modificar o nome no bilhete. Eles podem usá-lo e ter um tempo fantástico em seu nome.

Se desejar trocar por outro filme, faça-o com pelo menos 48 horas de antecedência em relação à exibição agendada. Certifique-se de nos enviar um e-mail para ola@cinesociety.pt para formalizar o pedido. Observe que o período para trocas de filmes está disponível apenas até 21 de dezembro.
